FROM THE FIRST SOURCE TO THE FINAL REVIEW

Here’s how you work with Radar.

Start with the client, take a closer look at the topics and build the briefing with your team. You decide what belongs in it.

  1. 01

    Start with your client

Add the client’s audience, products and key topics. Then choose the sources you want to review, so each topic has a clear point of reference.

Client profiles

Keep audiences, products, brand priorities and sensitive topics together. They give you a starting point when you review a new topic.

Source management

Organise sources by category, language and client. Open the details and test results when you need to check how a source is set up.

Radar runs & matches

See what happened in each run, including errors. Open a suggested match, read its source and decide whether to keep it in your selection.

Reports & approvals

Prepare briefings for one client or across several clients. Use comments to work through feedback and follow the approval process before sending.

Roles & client access

Your role determines which clients and actions you can access. Each team member works within their assigned responsibilities.

Settings & diagnostics

Check the services and simulation settings before using a result. If something looks wrong, the diagnostics give you a place to start.

A NOTE BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Know what you’re working with.

Radar helps you organise your review and prepare briefings. Some collection and AI steps still use sample or simulated results, so check the source and settings before relying on a suggestion.

Some steps are simulated
01

Source collection

Some collection steps use sample data. Check which sources are configured in your environment and confirm each result against the original source.

02

AI suggestions

Some analysis results are simulated. Use relevance scores and suggested topics as a starting point for your review, and check them against the source.

03

Your review makes the difference

Read the source, check the client fit and resolve your team’s feedback. Send a report only after it has been approved.
